Certain types of family law matters are not suitable for or may be restricted in community mediation. These may include:

  • Active Domestic Abuse or Child Abuse Cases
  • Pre-Divorce Decrees and Formal Property Division

When you request a mediation, you will be contacted by a Community Mediation Minnesota representative.  All conversations are held in confidence and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization
